Greetings!

Welcome, me amici, to justynzolli.com, my new virtual address and one-line portfolio. Here you may read some of my writings and view works from 1998 to the present.

It is my sincere hope that you, the visitor, will take a few moments to explore each work assembled here, to begin to feel out the undercurrents and submerged narrative. My work is not serial, concept-based, or post-modern. It is not political, religious, subversive, or technologically savvy art, nor is it tied to any formal school of thought in painting. I never had any good cultural critiques, social commentaries or ironic statements to make. In the absence of this I turned in the only direction I could…inward. The images I have made thus far were formed from a natural reflexive motion, from my spirit speaking to my mind in a symbolic, mythic, and poetic language. It is the story of my continual awakening of awareness.
